For installation of the base under roof tiles on a pitched roof or under raised floor plates on flat roofs with raised flooring, such as ceramic tiles, decking, etc. The adjustable mounting plates and the M12 threaded stumps are made of stainless steel, which prevents compromising them under the roof tiles/plates, where they are exposed to constant moisture caused by condensation and water leaks.
